Description Each piece is handcrafted and unique. Yours may be slightly different but just as beautiful as the one pictured. Each Raku ornament is formed by hand from raw clay. It is painted by hand, then fired in an outdoor kiln to 2000 F. Red hot, it is plunged into a pit with mesquite shavings igniting a blaze. The flames licking your ornament give it unique flashes of colors that make each ornament one of a kind. (111)
